Dropbox Paper is a solution that allows me to create files inside the Dropbox application and write on them as I would do on my local writing solution, but the difference is that all team members on a project can participate on it and work simultaneously on the same file. I like that we can all collaborate in one single place at the same time and use this tool to increase our productivity and increase collaboration. For me, I think that Dropbox Paper gives me peace of mind and it has allowed me to be more collaborative with my team members for a fast delivery and fulfillment of our projects every time.
I like that there’s an editing history and it has tremendously helped our workflow because we can backtrack every edit and know who made certain edits, and return and save a previous version of a file if we want to start from that one or if we didn’t like something that was made. I feel like Dropbox Paper has been a great place for all of us to work on our files because it is cloud-based and this prevents the loss of our documents, and personally, I feel more secure in working on my files knowing that there won’t be a risk of losing everything because it is automatically saved after every word written. It has been a life-saver as it has contributed to our capacity to work in collaboration with other people in a reliable and smart system, and it has improved our productivity as individuals working on different projects with the right tools to do so. Summary: I use Dropbox Paper to work on files with my team members.
